Our Advocacy Service guide parents through the special educational needs system, representing parents both verbally and in writing, and where necessary at Tribunals
We manage the appeal process for parents, from start to finish including representing parents at the tribunal hearing
In addition to these, we also provide a wide range of additional services including:
Parents will receive a free 30 minute consultation – this can be via telephone, text, email or social media.
During the initial consultation, fee’s for future work is discussed and agreed. Thereafter, work carried out is charged at the rate of £30 per hour inclusive of VAT.
Parents can pay by instalments if preferred.

We offer a fixed price for each appeal. Each fee is divided into parts allowing parents flexibility thus ensuring that they stay in control.
Our tribunal fees do not include the costs associated with instructing independent professionals e.g. psychologists and therapists, which may be required. Whilst we can assist in identifying independent professionals, arranging and funding them is separate to our fees.
